Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within New Zealand.

Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order.

Outside of business hours, during public holidays and weekends, we will be unable to ship your order, as courier companies do not operate.

We are unable to deliver to PO BOXES. Please use physical address details. This includes a company name if you are getting it sent to a work address.

All orders paid by bank deposit will be processed and shipped the day funds clear in our bank accounts. This usually takes up to two working days.

We have choosen NZ Post as our delivery partner. The services we used within New Zealand are "Economy" which aims upto 2-3 working days but can delay when delivering riral locations. The parcel will be tracked and if you would like a tracking number, please email us at brainezy.mushroom@gmail.com
