Shipping policy
We offer free overnight shipping to our New Zealand customers and 3-10 days shipping for our Australian customers.
Outside of business hours, during public holidays and weekends, we will be unable to ship your order, as courier companies do not operate.
We are unable to deliver to PO BOXES. Please use physical address details. This includes a company name if you are getting it sent to a work address.
All orders paid by bank deposit will be processed and shipped the day funds clear in our bank accounts. This usually takes up to two working days.
